We Talked about Test Scores, GPA, Extracurricular Activities, and Questions I did not Realize Mattered

It’s hard to believe that two years ago I sat in your office feeling overwhelmed at the task of finding the right university for me. I remember in our initial meeting when you asked me questions regarding what I wanted for my college experience such as small or large, public or private, urban or residential. We talked about test scores, GPA, extracurricular activities, and questions I did not realize mattered. As my journey continued, I was able to not only make sense of these questions, but to answer them as well. Through my college inventory and subsequent visits I began to hone in on the best type of institution for me. The journey continued to be challenging with SAT/ACT preparation and testing, college applications, essays, filling the FAFSA and finally accepting the offer best suited for me. Although this journey did prove challenging I was able to navigate all the dates successfully by utilizing the road map you prepared for me. While my friends were stressing out over these deadlines, I was able to relax, secure in the knowledge that I was using Strategic College Planning road map and meeting all the necessary requirements.
